What exactly does Simple Connect offer?
We offer home services connections. We currently offer internet, home phone, and television services. As a national retail partner, we compare and contrast quality providers available to you in your area and hook you up with the best possible deals.
What happens to my personal information?
The information you give to us, stays with us! We'd never want to damage our relationship with you by selling you out.
If your services are free, how do you make money?
We are considered an authorized national retail partner and are compensated by our service partners. We can't stand being surprised by extra fees and surcharges so we aren't going to do that to you.

I still have some time before I actually move, when should I fill out the form?
The early bird always gets the worm! Fill out the form below now; we'll give you a ring and figure out the best time for us to call you back to complete setting up your digital home services. Ideally, 2-3 weeks before your move is best, that gives everyone plenty of time to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Does SimpleConnect handle utilities, like power, water and gas?
Not yet, since we are just starting out; but that is part of the plan for future!
Can you transfer or disconnect services?
Unfortunately, that is one stressor we can't take care of for you. Only an account owner can cancel services due to the many problems that could come-after if non-account owners were able to disconnect other people’s services. We are totally willing to help you with what you may need to process any disconnections though.
